Remember that linear equations are in the form


y=mx+b

where x is the slope of the line and b will b the number that intercepts the y axis, it should look like this

in this case the line on the left crosses the y axis over the point 3, which means that the equation on that line should be y=2x+3

also the line at the right crosses over the point -2, which means that the equation must be y=2x-2
