The slope of a line is given by:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

From the graph we notice that the line passes through the points (0,0) and (2,-1), then:

\begin{gathered} m=(-1-0)/(2-0) \\ m=-(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

therefore the slope is m=-1/2.

The y-intercept if the value of y when x=0, from the graph we conclude that b=0.

The equation of the line is:

y=-(1)/(2)x
