First, let's calculate how moch did Savannah pay:


20+20\cdot(6)/(100)\rightarrow21.20

Now, let's calculate how much did Victoria pay:


13+13\cdot(6)/(100)\rightarrow13.78

Subsctracting both amounts,


21.20-13.78=7.42

We get that the difference is $7.42
