We have the following:

when two lines are parallel the slopes are equal

y=(1)/(2)x+6

in this case, the slope is 1/2, therefore:

\begin{gathered} x-2y=-4 \\ (1)/(2)x-y=-2 \\ y=(1)/(2)x+2 \end{gathered}

The answer is the first option
