The triangle is given which is the right triangle.

To determine the third side, apply the Pythagoras theorem.

Let the third side be x.


7^2=5^2+x^2
49=25+x^2
x^2=24
x=\sqrt[]{24}=4.89

The length of third side is 4.89.
