\begin{gathered} \text{From triangle TRU},\text{ we can say all angles have the same measurement } \\ Hence \\ (180)/(3)=60,\text{ 60 is the measurement of each angle} \\ \text{angle T=90 } \\ \text{From the triangle TSR} \\ \text{Two angles have the same measure} \\ \text{hence} \\ 4y+6+60=90 \\ \text{Solving y} \\ 4y=90-60-6 \\ 4y=24 \\ y=(24)/(4) \\ y=6 \\ \text{The value of y is 6} \\ \text{Also} \\ \text{The line TR cuts at the center of US, hence} \\ 5x-8=7 \\ \text{Solving x} \\ 5x=7+8 \\ 5x=15 \\ x=(15)/(5) \\ x=3 \\ \text{The valued of x is }3 \end{gathered}
