1. True

Every number divisible by 10 ends in a 0, like 50, 60, 70, 100,...

2. True

A prime number is one that is divisble only by itself and 1. Even numbers are divisible by 2, therefore if a number is greater than 2 and it is even, then it will be divisible by itself, 2 and 1. So it can't be prime.

3. False.

A perfect square is a number for which the square root is an integer. There are numbers that have more than 3 factors and are perfect squares, like 256, which has the square root equals to 16 and factors 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32,64,128,256.

4. False

\begin{gathered} 2x-5=13 \\ 2x=13+5 \\ 2x=18 \\ x=(18)/(2) \\ x=9 \end{gathered}
