SOLUTION

In a quadratic equation, an expression is said to be completely factorized when you cannot factor out any common divisor out of the quantities in the brackets.

Quadratic equations in complete factored form take the general form of:

\begin{gathered} (x+a)(x+b) \\ \text{where a and b are constants.} \end{gathered}

So, therefore going by the above explanation, the correct answer to the question is: D (x+4)(x-3)
