Aluminium is a metal used in lightweight. Describe the bonding in aluminium. Can the electrons be delocalised? Is it a positive charged ion?

A lightweight alloy is composed of a few metals, like magnesium, titanium and Aluminium. When it comes to bonding, Aluminium will be following the pattern present in many metals, and it will be part of a metallic bonding, more specifically a non-directional metallic bonding

You can have mobile or delocalised electrons in a structure that involves aluminium

since Al has a +3 charge it is positive charged
