Both shadows are proportional, se we can use a rule of three to find the answer

7 ft tall creates a 2 ft shadow, x tall utility pole creates a 11 ft shadow:

(7)/(2)=(x)/(11)\Longrightarrow x\text{ = }(7\cdot11)/(2)=(77)/(2)=38.5

Answer:

38.5 ft
