,Find the equation of the line described, in a standard form containing (3,5) and horizontal

Remember that

the equation of the line in slope-intercept form is equal to

y=mx+b

In this problem we have a horizontal line

that means

the slope is zero

m=0

and the y-intercept is the y-coordinate of the given point

b=5

therefore

y=0(x)+5

y=5
