We will pick two coordinates points on the graph

The coordinates point are ( 5, 150,000) and (10, 185,000)

We will make use of the equation of a straight line

(y-y_1)/(y_2-y_1)=(x-x_1)/(x_2-x_1)
\begin{gathered} x_1=5 \\ y_1=150,000 \\ x_2=10 \\ y_2=185,000 \end{gathered}

Substitute into the formula

\begin{gathered} (y-150000)/(185000-150000)=(x-5)/(10-5) \\ \\ (y-150000)/(35000)=(x-5)/(5) \\ \\ 5(y-150000)=35000(x-5) \\ y-150000=7000(x-5) \\ y=150000+7000x-35000 \\ y=7000x+115000 \end{gathered}
p=f(h)=7000h+115000

Observe y=p=f(h) and h=x
