Given,

Area of the square is 64
m^(2)

Length of the square , a = ?

Here length of the square is same as the side of the square ,

To find area of a square we use the formula ,
(side)^(2).

Now , we are given area and need to find the side(length)

=>
(side)^(2) = 64 sq m

=> side =
sqroot(64)

=> side = 8m

Hence the length side of square region is 8m.
