Explanation:

m = months

t = minutes

Plan A

12m + 0.15t

12(1) + 0.15(65)

12 + 9.75

= 21.75

Plan B: 8m + 0.20t

8(1) + 0.20(65)

8 + 13

= 21

21.75 > 21
