according to the question

one of the length of the rectangle is missing

area is 11 square m

length is 3 2/3m

breath = ?

\begin{gathered} \text{area = 11m}^2 \\ \text{length = 3}(2)/(3)m=\text{ }((3*3)+2)/(3)=\text{ }(9+2)/(3)=(11)/(3)m \\ \text{breath =b} \\ \text{area = length }* breath \\ 11\text{ = }(11)/(3)* b \\ 11=(11* b)/(3) \\ 11=(11b)/(3) \end{gathered}

cross multiplying

\begin{gathered} (11)/(1)=(11b)/(3) \\ 11b\text{ }*1\text{ = 11}*3 \\ 11b=33 \end{gathered}

divide both side by 11

\begin{gathered} (11b)/(11)=(33)/(11) \\ b=3 \\ \text{the breath is 3m} \end{gathered}

the missing lenght is the breath which is 3m
