You have to write the proportions for each brand like this:


(sold)/(returns)

so

A. 33/685 = 4.8%

B. 15/492 = 3.04%

C. 29/361 =0.8%

D. 31/766 = 4.04%

So the answer is brand C because in percentage, is the brand that is most likely to be returned.
