In order to find the decimal form of each value, let's divide the numerator and denominator. In the case of a mixed number, we add the result to the integer part.

So we have:

\begin{gathered} (39)/(40)=0.975\\ \\ \\ \\ 7(1)/(2)=7+(1)/(2)=7+0.5=7.5\\ \\ \\ \\ 9(7)/(10)=9+(7)/(10)=9+0.7=9.7\\ \\ \\ \\ (4)/(5)=0.8 \end{gathered}
