For spring break I would probably be careful what I would eat because it's easy to develop some weight over a period of time for not doing anything. Doing my sport (Soccer) would mean for going to my due dates and practices on time, and always freshen up on my skills and workouts to help me become better. Doing different exercises on different parts of the body helps anybody for their weight or just their energy. For health, it would be easier to probably eat things that would benefit me, and not hurt me; like eating DQ about 5 times a week, which would probably not be good. Eating healthy foods improves health and benefits daily exercises I do, and would help me have more energy for my sport. -Hope this helps
