If the triangle is translated 4 units to the left, we are going to subtract 4 on the x-coordinate of the vertices.

If the triangle is also translated 3 units down, we are going to subtract 3 on the y-coordinate of the vertices.

Let's do it.

A (2, 0) → A' (2 - 4, 0 - 3) → A' (-2, -3)

B (0, 0) → B' (0 - 4, 0 - 3) → B' (-4, -3)

C (-2, 1) → C' (-2 - 4, 1 - 3) → C' (-6, -2)

Plotting these coordinates of the translated image, the image (in green) is shown below.

The blue triangle is the original. The green triangle is the image.

Based on the options, the graph that shows Triangle A'B'C' is the graph in right.
