The general form of a sine function is

y = Asin(B(x + c) + D

where

amplitude = A

period = 2pi/B

phase shift = c

vertical shift = D

The given function is

g(t) = 4sin(3t) + 2

From the function,

amplitude = 4

B = 3

period = (2 x 3.14)/3 = 2.1

vertical shift = 2

The sketch of the graph is shown below
