y = 2x is the answer to 1).

y = 3x is the answer to 2).

The slope intercept for of the line for a given point A and m the slope, is:

\begin{gathered} A(x_a,y_a) \\ y-y_a=m(x-x_a) \end{gathered}

Then for 1)

m = 2 and A(0, 0)

Next:

y-0=2(x-0)

Then solve:

y=2x

y = 2x is the answer to 1).

For 2)

m = 3 and A(1, 3)

y-3=3(x-1)

And solve for y:

\begin{gathered} y=3x-3+3 \\ y=3x \end{gathered}

y = 3x is the answer to 2).
