Given:

blue 10

green 10

red 6

orange 16

yellow 8

purple 17

We need to find the following ratios :

1) Red and green to orange

So, the sum of red and green = 6 + 10 = 16

So, the ratio will be using the colon:

16\colon16=1\colon1

2) Green and blue to the total fruit

The sum of the green and blue = 10 + 10 = 20

The sum of all the fruits = 10 + 10 + 6 + 16 + 8 + 17 = 67

so, the ration between green and blue to the total fruit= 20 to 67

3) Total to red and orange

The sum of red and orange = 6 + 16 = 22

So, the ratio using the fractions = 67/22
