The unit rate of the walkers can be found by dividing the distance they travelled by the time it took them to travel it. This unit rate will be given in miles per hours. For each individual we have:

\text{Caleb}=((2)/(3))/((1)/(2))=(2)/(3)\cdot2=(4)/(3)\text{ miles per hour}
\text{ Nina=}((5)/(6))/((4)/(5))=(5)/(6)\cdot(5)/(4)=(25)/(30)=(5)/(6)\text{ miles per hour}
\text{Yoshi}=((1)/(2))/((1)/(3))=(1)/(2)\cdot3=(3)/(2)\text{ miles per hour}
\text{ Regina =}((3)/(4))/((2)/(3))=(3)/(4)\cdot(3)/(2)=(9)/(8)

Now we need to organize them from the lowest to the fastest. We have:

Nina, Regina, Caleb and Yoshi.
