Answer: This is a commutative property of multiplication .

Step-by-step explanation

In commutative property , The order does not matter as long as the two quantities are being multiplied together.

for example: b*a = a*b

Lets look at our expression ifit follows this rule :

\begin{gathered} (5x+1)3\text{ = 15x +3 } \\ 15x\text{ +3 = 15x +3 } \\ this\text{ is true for both sides } \end{gathered}

The expression follows the rule of commutative property of multiplication. both sides are equal.
