Slope intercept form is given by

y = mx + b

here m is slope

and b is intercept

slope is already given by 3, so rest to find b intercept

b = y - mx

replace (x,y) by (-6,2)

then

b = 2- 3•(-6) = 20

So then finally equatioj in slope intercept form is

y = 3x + 20
