The angle subtended by the sector SUR;

Then, the length l, of the arc is;


\begin{gathered} l=(\theta)/(360)*2\pi r \\ \\ r=(|SU|)/(2) \\ \\ r=(37)/(2) \\ \\ r=18.5 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} l=(209)/(360)*2(3.14)(18.5) \\ \\ l=67.4 \end{gathered}

The length of the arc is 67.4 units
