The Y intercept of the line is -2 from the graph

And the slope is -3 ( 9 steps downward and 3 steps right)

Slope is Rise/Run = -9/3 = -3

Therefore the equation of the line is y = -3x -2

We need to make the equation B a C in the form y = mx+b to see if they are similar to equation A

\begin{gathered} y-4=-3(x+2)\text{ = -3x-6} \\ y=-3x-2 \\ \\ y+5\text{ = -3(x-1)= -3x+3} \\ y=-3x\text{ -2} \end{gathered}

Since the B and C are the same as A. The answer is A, B, C
