To find out if there is a proportional relationship between the number of children and the orange slices we divide each number of slices by the number of children for each day. If this division is the same for all the days this means there is a proportion.

For monday we have:

(15)/(21)=0.71

For tuesday we have:

(24)/(32)=0.75

Now, since this ratios are not equal we conclude that there is not a proportional relationship between the number of slices and childre.
