given:

\begin{gathered} \sqrt[]{7x+5}=\sqrt[]{3x+8} \\ \end{gathered}

To find 3/4 is a solution of the above given equation.

let us subsitute in value of x.

\begin{gathered} =\sqrt{7\cdot(3)/(4)+5} \\ =\sqrt{(41)/(4)} \\ \end{gathered}

now,

\begin{gathered} =\sqrt{3\cdot(3)/(4)+8} \\ =\sqrt{(41)/(4)} \end{gathered}

we get the same answer for the equation.

Thus 3/4 is a solution of the given equaion.
