So

We're going to make the operation:

\begin{gathered} ((x^2+8x-6)+(-2x^2-3x+11))-(6x^2-3x-1) \\ -x^2+5x+5-6x^2+3x+1 \\ =-7x^2+8x+6 \end{gathered}

The first thing we did, was to sum both expressions. (Similar terms). Then, we substract 6x^2 - 3x - 1 to the previous result. Remember that as the sign is negative, the signs inside the bracket change.

So, doing all this, the result is -7x^2 + 8x + 6
