the given function is,

h(x) = 1/2x - 3

for domain {-2, 0 , 2 , 10 }

the range will be

for x = -2

h(-2) = 1/2(-2) - 3

= -1 - 3

= -4

for x = 0

h(0) = 1/2(0) - 3

= 0 - 3

= -3

for x = 2

h(2) = 1/2(2) - 3

= 1 -3

= -2

for x = 10

h(10) = 1/2(10) - 3

= 5 - 3

= 2

so the range of the function is

{-4 , -3 , -2 , 2 }......

thus, the correct answer is option C
