The intersection point of the line for option 1 and the line for option 2 is (7,70).

By observing the graph we get the following

For less than 7 visitors, the cost of option 1 is cheaper than option 2.

So the statement in the first option is false.

For visitors 4,

The cost for option 1 is $55.

The cost for option 2 is $70.

The difference is $70-$55=$15.

So the cost of option 1 is cheaper $15, for visitors 4.

Thus the statement in the second option is false.

For visitors 11,

The cost for option 1 is $90.

The cost for option 2 is $70.

The difference is $90-$70=$20.

So the cost of option 1 is $20 more expensive, for visitors 11.

Thus the statement in the third option is false.

For more than 7 visitors, the cost of option 1 is more expensive.

Hence the statement in the fourth option is correct.
