When we are doing divisions with fractions, the best thing to do is also write the division as a fraction like this:

\begin{gathered} (13)/(10)(\cdot)/(\cdot)(2)/(10) \\ \Rightarrow((13)/(10))/((2)/(10)) \end{gathered}

Now, we multiply 13x2 and put it in the numerator, and 10x2 in the denominator:

((13)/(10))/((2)/(10))=(13\cdot10)/(2\cdot10)

Then we solve and simplify if needed:

(13\cdot10)/(2\cdot10)=(130)/(20)=(13)/(2)

therefore, the answer is 13/2
