ANSWER :

The smaller angle is 61.

The other angle is 119.

EXPLANATION :

Let x = first angle

2x - 3 will be the second angle.

Their sum is 180 degrees.

That will be :

x + (2x - 3) = 180

3x - 3 = 180

3x = 180 + 3

3x = 183

x = 183/3

x = 61

Solve for the other angle

180 - 61 = 119

The angles are 61 and 119 degrees
