When the negative of a variable is equal to an integer, then we multiply both sides of the equation by negative one to get the value of the variable.

Thus;

-25=-x

This is the same as;

-x=-25

So, we multiply by -1, we have;

\begin{gathered} -1(-x)=-1(-25) \\ x=25 \end{gathered}

CORRECT ANSWER: x=25
