Multiplying the numerator and the denominator by the same constant, we get an equivalent fraction, as follows:

-(3)/(2)=-(3)/(2)\cdot(2)/(2)=-(3\cdot2)/(2\cdot2)=-(6)/(4)

Then, -6/4 is equivalent to -3/2
