we have that

The area of rectangle is equal to

A=LW

we know that

A=44 m^2

L=2W-3

substitute the given values

44=(2W-3)W

44=2W^2-3W

Rewrite

2W^2-3W-44=0

using a graphing tool

see the attached figure

please wait a minute

the solution is W=5.5 m

Find the value of L

L=2W-3

L=2(5.5)-3

L=8 m

therefore

the dimensions of rectangle are

8 m by 5.5 m
