The formula of volume of a cylinder is:

V=h\cdot\pi\cdot r^2

Solve it for the radius r:

\begin{gathered} r^2=(V)/(h\cdot\pi) \\ \\ r=\sqrt[]{(V)/(h\cdot\pi)} \end{gathered}

Use the given volume (V) and height (h) and find the radius:

\begin{gathered} r=\sqrt[]{(320\pi m)/(5m\cdot\pi)^3} \\ \\ r=\sqrt[]{64m^2} \\ \\ r=8m \end{gathered}

Then, the radius of the given cylinder is 8 meters
