f(r)=\sqrt[]{r+1}-5

a)

\begin{gathered} f(-1)=\sqrt[]{-1+1}-5 \\ f(-1)=\sqrt[]{0}-5 \\ f(-1)=-5 \end{gathered}

b)

\begin{gathered} f(80)=\sqrt[]{80+1}-5 \\ f(80)=\sqrt[]{81}-5 \\ f(80)=9-5 \\ f(80)=4 \end{gathered}

c)

\begin{gathered} f(x-1)=\sqrt[]{(x-1)+1}-5 \\ f(x-1)=\sqrt[]{x}-5 \end{gathered}
