We can write the slope intercept form equation of a line as:

y=mx+b

where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

Then, if we replace the parameters m and b with the values given, we get:

\begin{gathered} m=-(3)/(4) \\ b=6 \\ \Rightarrow y=-(3)/(4)x+6 \end{gathered}

Answer: y = -3/4*x+6
