the given expression is,

OT = 4x + 10

QS = 17x - 43

the given diagram is a parallelogram,

so QS = 2 x QT

17x - 43 = 2 (4x + 10 )

17x - 43 = 8x + 20

17x - 8x = 43 + 20

9x = 63

x = 63/9

x = 7

thus, the answer is x = 7
