Rational number:

The rational numbers are the number that can expressed in from of a ratio that mean from is:

Irrational number:

The irrational number cannot be expressed as a fraction .

But the both number is real number and its represent the number line.

Difference is:

Rational number are finite and repeating decimal whereas irrational are infinite and non-repeating.

Examples :

Irrational number


\sqrt[]{2},\sqrt[]{3},\pi\text{ (pi)}
