Remember that

If an ordered pair is a solution to an inequality, then the ordered pair must satisfy the inequality

so

we have

y ≥0.5x+1.8

Verify each ordered pair

N 1 -----> (4.5,3)

x=4.5, y=3

substitute

3 ≥0.5(4.5)+1.8

3 ≥ 4.05 ------> is not true

that means ----> the ordered pair is not a solution

N 2 ----> (2.5,2)

2 ≥ 0.5(2.5)+1.8

2 ≥ 3.05 ------> is not true

that means ----> the ordered pair is not a solution

N 3 -----> (3,2.5)

2.5 ≥ 0.5(3)+1.8

2.5 ≥ 3.3 -----> is not true

that means ----> the ordered pair is not a solution

N 4 ----> (4,4.5)

4.5 ≥ 0.5(4)+1.8

4.5 ≥ 3.8 -----> is true

the ordered pair is a solution

therefore

the answer is the last option
