Multiply both sides of the second equation by 2.

\begin{gathered} 2(-3x+3y)=2(-6) \\ -6x+6y=-12 \end{gathered}

Add the obtained equation to the first equation.

\begin{gathered} 6x+4y=42 \\ -6x+6y=-12 \\ \\ 10y=30 \end{gathered}

Divide both sides of the equation by 10.

\begin{gathered} (10y)/(10)=(30)/(10) \\ y=3 \end{gathered}

Substitute the obtained value of y into the first equation and then solve for x.

\begin{gathered} 6x+4y=42 \\ 6x+4(3)=42 \\ 6x+12=42 \\ 6x=42-12 \\ 6x=30 \\ (6x)/(6)=(30)/(6) \\ x=5 \end{gathered}

Thus, the solution of the equation is (5,3).
