Q = 3

Explanation:

3 * P + 7 * Q + 15 * R = 102

7Q = 102 - 3P - 15R

Q = (102 - 3P - 15R)/7

Try P = 2; R = 3

Q = 51/7 not an integer

Try P = 2; R = 5

Q = 21/7 = 3

Solution: P = 2; Q = 3; R = 5

Answer: Q = 3
