Answer: It is a good thesis statement but it is not a strong one.

Explanation: It's not a strong thesis statement because all you're doing is stating the main point, you need reasoning behind your statement, something more like "Procrastination isn't necessarily always a bad trait when it comes to school since procrastination can help reduce anxiety" of course don't actually use that but give more reasoning to your thesis

It’s not a good thesis statement, because a thesis statement is supposed to tell the reader your main 3 arguments. What are the three reasons (or more) as to why procrastination is not always a bad trait in school? This sounds more like an opening sentence than a thesis. A thesis should sound like this, “Procrastination is not always a bad trait when it comes to school, because ____, ____, and ____.” Then you do your body paragraphs in that exact same order.
