SOLUTION:

To check if the table shows a proportional relationship, we determine the constant of proportionality in each case, they should be equal in all cases for proportionality. Else, they are not.


\begin{gathered} x=ky \\ k=(x)/(y) \end{gathered}

Taking ratio corresponding x and y's we find that;


(12)/(3)\\e(14)/(11)\\e(16)/(19)\\e(18)/(27)

Thus, the table does NOT show a proportional relationship
