The smallest number is the one closest to zero, or after zero, if it's a negative number, while the largest number is the number with the largest difference from the smallest, or the highest of value (not considering all situations). Usually, you would use the ascending order method for graphing numbers based on their value, which is indeed smallest to largest. According to thefreedictionary.com, "A function or variable continuously approaching zero as a limit." Tip: In ordering numbers based on value, the whole numbers that aren't negative are considerably believed to be the easiest numbers to order.

With that being said, here is the order of the numbers from smallest to largest:

1. 0.007

2. 0.009

3. 0.07

4. 0.079

5. 0.09

6. 0.097

I hope that was helpful

In order to write out the numbers from SMALLEST to GREATEST, note that when you have fewer zeros after the decimal, the number is of greater value than when you more zeros after the decimal.

Therefore, the numbers given would be arranged as follows (smallest to greatest);

\begin{gathered} 0.007 \\ 0.009 \\ 0.07 \\ 0.079 \\ 0.09 \\ 0.097 \end{gathered}
