To solve this question we have to apply the PEMDAS method, that shows use the order in which we have to solve operations in polynomials.

First we have to solve parenthesis:

2+2\cdot6-(1.3^{5^{}})

Then solve exponents:

\begin{gathered} 2+2\cdot6-(1.3^5) \\ 2+2\cdot6-(3.71293) \end{gathered}

Solve multiplications:

\begin{gathered} 2+2\cdot6-3.71293 \\ 2+12-3.71293 \end{gathered}

There are no divisions. Continue with additions:

\begin{gathered} 2+12-3.71293 \\ 14-3.71293 \end{gathered}

Finally, solve the substractions:

\begin{gathered} 14-3.71293 \\ 10.28707 \end{gathered}

The answer is 10.28707.
