Given data:

The given equationn of the circle is (x + 1)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 16.

The standard equation of the circle is,

(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2

The given equation can eb written as,

(x-(-1))^2+(y-5)^2=4^2

Compare the above equation with standard equation.

\begin{gathered} a=-1 \\ b=5 \\ c=4 \end{gathered}

Thus, the coordinate of centre is (-1, 5) and radius is 4.
